Color Clubhouse (colorclubhouse.com) is a free coloring website made for kids. This policy explains what information is and is not collected when someone visits the site, and what choices parents have.

The short version: we do not collect personal information from children. There are no accounts, no logins, no sign-up forms, no chat, no comments, no uploads, and no email lists on this site.

Children’s Privacy

Color Clubhouse is directed to children, including children under the age of 13. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

  • We do not ask children for personal information. The site has no feature that asks for a name, email address, phone number, home address, photo, voice recording, or any other personal information.
  • Children cannot make information public. There is no chat, messaging, commenting, profile, or upload feature.
  • We do not require any information to use the site. Every coloring page and game can be used without giving us anything.
  • We do not use cookies to track children. The site itself does not set advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.
  • We do not sell or share children’s personal information, because we do not collect it.

If we ever learn that a child has sent us personal information (for example, a parent tells us their child emailed us), we will delete it promptly and will not use it for any purpose.

Information collected automatically

Like every website, our hosting and security services receive some technical information whenever a page is loaded. We use it only to deliver the site, keep it secure, and understand overall usage.

  • Hosting and security (Cloudflare). Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This is used only to operate and secure the site (what COPPA calls “support for internal operations”), not to build profiles or show ads.
  • Site statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not use local storage, and does not create an identifier for any visitor. We only see totals, such as how many times a page was viewed, which country visits came from, and which websites sent visitors to us.
  • Print counts. When the Print button is used, we add one to a running total for that coloring page. We store only the total number. We do not store an IP address or any identifier with it.

We do not combine this technical information with any other data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Advertising

Color Clubhouse does not show ads at this time. If we add advertising in the future, we will update this policy before any ads appear. Any ads on this site will be requested as child-directed, which means they are not personalized and are not based on a child’s past browsing.

Embedded games

Color Clubhouse does not include games from other companies at this time. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy before they appear, and we will list the companies that provide them.

This site does not link children to outside websites from our coloring pages or games. The Privacy Policy, Terms, and For Parents pages may mention other organizations for reference only.

Data retention

Because we do not collect personal information from children, there is nothing to keep about them. Aggregate statistics (page view totals and print totals) contain no personal information and may be kept as long as they are useful for improving the site. Technical logs held by Cloudflare are kept only for the limited time Cloudflare needs to operate and secure its service.

Parents’ rights

Under COPPA, parents have the right to review personal information collected from their child, to ask that it be deleted, and to refuse further collection or use. Because Color Clubhouse does not collect personal information from children, there is normally nothing to review or delete. Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. We will not begin collecting personal information from children without first giving parents notice and obtaining verifiable parental consent as required by law.
